Zombie Survival Guide, Max Brooks - Does exactly what it says on the tin. The most definitive, complete reference to every single thing you might need to know in a zombie situation.

World War Z, Max Brooks - Same guy, different take - this is a group of 'interviews' with the fictional survivors of a world-wide zombie infestation. Makes it sound so real you almost start to believe it.

SAS Survival Guide, John 'Lofty' Wiseman - This guy was in the SAS for 26 years, and picked up a thing or two about survival. Nothing to do with zombies per se, but when you're running for your life in the woods you'll count this pocket-size lifesaver as your best friend.
