Sorry it took so long to reply. Havent been on here in a bit, but the issue ended up being the controller cable. Seems that it happens quite a bit, kinda why they dont sell them on the site. If u think thats the problem u need to contact customer support and explain the problem. They will email u with a list of suggestions, if nothing works they will ask for your shipping address and then ship a new one to you. Mine works fine now. Hope it helps. (not sure if u resolved the problem or not.) lol
