Ubisoft: Most Upcoming AAA Games Will Offer 3D

Rating: 1 votes, 5.00 average.
Looks like Ubisoft is jumping feet first into the world of 3D games, at least according to managing director Rob Cooper:

“I do believe that Avatar allowed us just a little bit of advantage in terms of experience with how this market will work,” Cooper said. “We are working to offer the possibility of 3D on most of our upcoming triple-A titles, as we’d like to ensure that we are there for those consumers that begin putting new 3D enabled televisions in their homes.”

So look for games like Assassins Creed, Driver, and Tom Clancy games to feature 3D.

I haven't paid much attention to the 3D thing. Are we going to have to wear those damn glasses while playing these games?

Also, what about the cost of a 3D game, will it be more then a normal game?

I haven't either... it seems like a headache...could you imagine HAWX is 3d....talk about motion sickness and seizure inducing gameplay....
