Sony announced that DC Universe will cost you $14.99 a month to play.



It's an On-Line world and looks pretty sweet but is it worth 15 bucks a week? Look for this to be a trend in the near future. With World of Warcraft being the No.1 money maker in game world, everyone is going to want a part of that pot.

World of Warcraft draws up a new pet, puts it up for sale and in 4 hours they make $2 million....who wouldn't go there.

The thing Game World doesn't get is that World of Warcraft is an awesome game with a cult following. Lightning does strike twice but not very ofter.

DC Universe is an MMORGP or Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Game. Once in the game you choose a city to live. So far we know there's Metropolis and Gotham City. From there the world is shared. Hero's and Villains sharing the same space. You also choose to be a good guy or evil doer and get a communicator for either the Justice League or Legion of Doom.

Get to playing, wreak havoc or save the pizza guy from robbers, the choice is yours, but your $14.99 is Sony's.
